Try to arrange your transport to town with local drivers for better rates. The resort's offerings can be quite high.

the setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of grandfather's grandmother's rocks.

The breakfast available was satisfactory and rather basic with nice view and mostly bread. The staff were GOOD natured, a real pleasure to deal with. The location was magnificent and lovely for us - close enough to restaurants and bars. Samui International airport was hardly 22 minutes away by car.

Tranquility tucked in lush gardens
The individual villas provided perfect privacy, surrounded by beautiful, flowering paths. A daily breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits and eggs made to order was a good start to each day.
The beach access was limited with some rocky areas, which might deter those seeking direct beach enjoyment. The restaurant menu felt a bit basic and could benefit from more local flavors.

Bungalow very modern and attractive
Entire plant very closely built up, stay on terrace not possible, since one disturbs other guests (narrowness).

The individual villas provided a perfect retreat, decorated beautifully and surrounded by tranquil gardens that enhanced the serene atmosphere.
While the breakfast had a good variety overall, some items like the bacon lacked quality, which could be improved for a better dining experience.

Good breakfast. Very nice beach.
The room was very dark. You always had to turn on the light. All surfaces were very dusty and dirty. There was no toilet paper, nor was it refilled. You had to ask for it every day.

Staying in room 101 was magical. The views were stunning, and the staff consistently went above and beyond, even welcoming us with complementary fruit and drinks. The peaceful ambiance made it a true sanctuary.

Excellent location, probably one of the the best location on Lamai beach, very close to "grand mother" and "grand father" rocks. Beautiful beach and beautiful sea. The bungalows are nice and in the middle of a very nice garden. There is enough room near the swimming pool or on the beach even when the resort is full.
No free Wi-Fi, only 1 very slow computer for the whole resort freely available for the customers. 100% payment at check-in (usually the payment is done after checking-out). The massage at the SPA was not as good as we had in other places.

The villas were situated in beatuiful tropical gardens, each was very private, and although not 'luxurious' well presented, very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant and the dishes were well priced. The poolside area was very clean, plenty of loungers, parasols, towels and staff very attentive. The hotels location was in a quieter part of Lamai beach which suited us, it was only a 20 min walk along the beach to Lamai centre or we could catch the local bus from the end of the drive. The hotel is not really a family hotel, more for couples, but children are made welcome. What I really liked was the attention to deatils - a flower left on the bed, bowls of fresh flowers all around the place, the spa ..! If went back to Koh Samui I would be happy to use this hotel again.
Erm - nope, nothing really to report here :) If I had to be picky I 'd say the bathroom would have been better if there had been a shower screen (the shower was over the bath) to stop the shower water wetting the floor, but it wasn't really a problem.
